Manager, Senior Leadership Programs
Victoria is the program manager for senior leadership training in Talent Development. She focuses on building and delivering programming designed specifically for senior-level leaders to encourage collaborative creativity, increased engagement, and collective impact in the innovation ecosystem.
As a career-educator for the last seventeen years, Victoria taught for eleven years in the college and university systems in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. She has served as a chair, dean, and director in colleges in Ontario and British Columbia for five years, and she is an adjunct professor at the University of Guelph-Humber and certified coach. Throughout her career, Victoria has been devoted to enriching group dynamics to innovate and support the overall operational and educational goals of diverse communities of learning. She holds Bachelor of Science and Honours Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Windsor, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Wayne State University.
