Justin Faiola is a communications specialist at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), where he provides communications support and expertise on strategic projects that the hospital pursues. Through his experience working in healthcare communications, Justin has become increasingly aware of the complex challenges the healthcare system is facing. He is passionate about exploring ways in which technology and big data can be harnessed to improve the coordination and quality of care that patients receive.
Justin has a bachelor of arts from Western University and a diploma in public relations and communications with distinction from Western’s School of Continuing Studies. He is also a regular speaker for Humber College’s public relations program.
Justin was born and raised in Brampton, Ontario, and currently lives in Toronto.
